Atom Limited Announces Acquisition of CGFX Studios

REHOVOT, Israel - March 9, 2006. Atom Limited today announced acquisition of CGFX Studios. As a result of the acquisition, intellectual property rights in the WSCraft software and in the proprietary technologies are transferred to Atom Ltd.

Atom Ltd. will continue development, distribution, and support of WSCraft and other CGFX Studio products. The CGFX Studios development team, including product architects, programmers, and customer support staff will join the Atom team.

Atom will continue to serve customers of CGFX Studios and process all pre-sale inquires. Customers of CGFX Studio can continue using the existing contacts, and Atom will ensure routing requests to a company representative who will be responsible for handling the issue. Customers will be notified immediately, if there are any changes in their account teams.

To provide the most consistency and clarity in communication with customers, the CGFX Studio brand will be retired. CGFX Studios will fully align behind the Atom corporate brand.

Acquisition accelerates the Atom strategic initiative to deliver professional content management solutions to various industries, based on proprietary technologies developed by both companies.
