There are two options available to you:
1. Request a free time-limited WSCraft Premium trial by completing a request form.
2. Purchase WSCraft Premium, build a site, send us a URL, and get 100% money back. After that you can use your WSCraft Premium for 2 years for free. If you like the product after 2 years, you can go to WSCraft Store and purchase the lifetime license.
If you don't like WSCraft for some reason, just remove all the WSCraft files your server and other media.
Please note that to get 100% money payback, your site is required:
- To have custom design
- Demonstrate custom navigation model and content output
The free license does not grant the right to remove the WSCraft logo.
We verify each request manually before sending you the trial. Typically, it can take up to 24 hours, except week-ends and holidays. If you still have not received the trial, there are one of two reasons:
1. You provided an email address that is hosted on a free services, like Yahoo or MSN. Probably, a URL, email, or phone number you provided is not valid.
2. Our offices are closed due to week-end or holidays.
If you think none of these reasons concern your case, please feel free to submit a ticket and we will check out the issue.
To run WSCraft your host needs the following software to be installed:
- PHP 4.2 or above
- mySQL 4.0 or above
- Zend Optimizer 3.X
These software packages are free and included into standard hosting packages.
No, WSCraft requires Zend Optimizer.
Yes, you can. WSCraft is a multi-platform application so it can be run on any operating system, including Unix, Linux, and Windows.
Yes, of course. You can post your questions on the support forum, submit a support ticket, or send your request by email.
Due to a significant amount of fraud payments, we do not provide automatic download immediately after purchase. We need to wait for confirmation from 2CheckOut. Typically, it takes up to 48 hours to get this confirmation.
In some cases, for example, when an email address provided in your order does not match the domain for which you acquire WSCraft, your verbal confirmation is required. Our representative will call you at the phone number provided in the order and ask you a few details about your order, such as order number and total amount.
To fasten the process, we strictly recommend to provide the email address hosted on your corporate domain or domain where WSCraft will be used.

Yes, you get a complete documentation package in English along with the product. Additionally, you can view online video tutorials that introduce some WSCraft concepts.
